UFI Filters Hydraulics is pleased to announce its updated clogging indicators catalogue dedicated to pressure applications
The catalogue now includes a new indicator with two calibration settings and integrated connector, patented in Italy, Europe, and the United States.
The new indicator is an addition to the two versions already available in the range.
Maximum flexibility and customization
The main feature of the new electrical differential indicator is the possibility of adjusting the calibration in line with the specific needs of the customer and system.
Based on its experience in the filtration sector, and to meet the specific requirements of the wind power sector, UFI Filters Hydraulics has included a new version in its catalogue with two calibration settings, at 1.9 bar (75%) and 2.5 bar (100%).
The indicator has been selected for installation with WLB lubrication filters, which are specifically designed for the hydraulic systems in wind turbines.
The calibration of the sensor can also be adjusted after installation, at the end of the process, or directly on site.
Application-specific versions
The range of indicators with two calibration settings now includes three versions:
- Model 2C, calibrated at 1.5 bar (75%) and 2 bar (100%)
- Model 2D, calibrated at 1.9 bar (75%) and 2.5 bar (100%)
- Model 2E, calibrated at 3.75 bar (75%) and 5 bar (100%)
The electrical differential indicators with two calibration settings can be used with all the filters in the UFI Filters Hydraulics range with the appropriate configuration, mainly with pressure and return line filters, up to a maximum operating pressure of 450 bar, with IP67 protection (complete protection against dust and temporary immersion in water up to a depth of 1 meter).
Ideal for harsh environments
The innovative indicator with two calibration settings is the ideal solution for harsh environments with moisture, dust and mud, such as are found in the agricultural and construction sectors. However, it can also be used in any circuit requiring multiple calibration settings or adjustable calibration.
Advanced connectivity and easy installation
The new sensor features an innovative connector system facilitating quick, accurate, and efficient integration.
The sensors in the UFI Filters Hydraulics catalogue are available with an M20x1.5 connection, the most commonly used connection in the hydraulics sector, but can be supplied with several alternative connections on request.
Available connections include Deutsch DT04-2P, AMP Superseal, M12x1, AMP Junior Timer, and DIN 72585 bayonet.
ATEX and UL approved versions are also available on request.
