Application:

The Pressure Line Filters is an essential part in most hydraulic systems. When the hydraulic components are sophisticated, with close tolerances and a regulation function (not simply that of control) the use of filters in the pressure lines is a must.

Thanks to the advanced technological features of the filter materials and the controlled production system used to manifacture the filter elements, UFI pressure filters ensure the fluid cleanliness to be within the required values thus giving protection against faulty operation or machine downtime. For these reasons, the specification of UFI pressure filters represent the best protection for your investment.

Thanks to their efficiency and to their location the UFI pressure filters safeguard the components effectiveness, maintaining perfect system conditions and efficiency level and improving overall system performance.

The location of the pressure filters often exposes the housings to continuous pressure stresses that can reach high values. The filter development is done with a 3-Dimentional CAD system that utilizes computer simulations to develop stress calculations. These calculations are used to support the most appropiate choice of the materials and of the internal profiles of the castings to withstand the heaviest operating cycles.
