At the start of each year, UFI Filters Hydraulics launches its customer satisfaction survey, which is now in its 14th edition.
In line with the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, we invite all our valued customers to share their insights through a brief online questionnaire.

Purpose of the survey
The survey serves as a vital tool in our quality management and control system, which promotes continuous improvement.
Your input allows us to refine our products, offer improved services, and strengthen our relationship with you.
Issues analysed
We ask for your evaluation of six key issues:
- Perceived quality of supplied products
- Delivery punctuality
- Price/quality ratio
- Quality of communications with our staff
- Quality of services, technical support, and after-sales service
- Quality of technical and sales documentation (catalogue, website, web tools, etc.)
The questionnaire also includes a final section for any comments and suggestions.
