UFI Filters Hydraulics has completed its range of IRF coreless elements, made in Italy, for return line applications; the IRF series is also perfectly interchangeable with Parker TXWL elements
The IRF series is an innovative line of filter elements designed to be installed in the GRF return line filter.
It is an ecofriendly version of the FRF series, allowing replacement of the filter media only.
In addition, IRF elements are interchangeable with the Parker TXWL coreless series.
The IRF series is one of the most popular UFI Filters Hydraulics products as the absence of an external metal support helps to reduce the material used and the weight of the spare element, leading to improved energy efficiency and increased cost savings over time.
At the same time, the IRF coreless range also offers high performance and good versatility for a wide range of hydraulic systems and equipment.
Straight replacement for the Parker return line series
The UFI Filters Hydraulics design ensures correct interaction of the IRF filter element with the original Parker complete filter series, for both the IN-AGB in-tank series and the TTF tank-top series.
As the replacement element can be easily inserted into the reusable metal sleeve inside the filter housing, the IRF Series is an ideal upgrade or replacement option.
Users who are already familiar with the Parker coreless return line filter element will find the transition to the IRF series simple and immediate.
IRF features and advantages
The IRF elements are available for flow rates up to 500 l/min and can operate up to a maximum working pressure of 10 bar.
The in-to-out flow layout avoids re-contamination of the hydraulic system because it ensures that contaminants remain in the element during maintenance and replacement operations.
The new IRF range has been developed using FormulaUFI.MICRON media technology, with filtration ratings from 3 to 30 microns and collapse differential pressures of up to 1 MPa (10 bar), ensuring high efficiency, smooth operation, and enhanced overall system productivity.
The IRF series is available in a wide range of sizes and configurations: approximately 70 elements are straight replacements for more than 300 competitor and OE part numbers.
